Organics

Our business, Organics, is located in Santacruz West along Hirawadi Road in the Thakkarbapa Nagar area at E 9. We have been operating from this same spot for several years now. The neighborhood is very lively, filled with various shops and small workshops that keep the street busy from morning until night. Our space is not very large, and it often feels a bit cramped when we are moving stock around. We have simple wooden shelves and a basic counter where we handle all our transactions. It is a functional setup that works for what we do. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lighting. Most of the people who come to us are locals who live just a few blocks away. We have gotten to know many of our customers by name over the years. It is nice to have that kind of connection with the community. Sometimes, when things are slow, we stand by the entrance and watch the world go by on Hirawadi Road. We don't believe in using aggressive sales tactics or flashy ads. We just try to offer decent products at prices that people can afford. The work can be tiring, and we are usually on our feet for most of the day, but we don't mind it much. We have a small radio that keeps us company with local stations. We are just a regular part of the neighborhood, doing our best every day to keep things running.
