Organica Biotech Private Limited is based over at No. 36 in the Ujagar Industrial Estate. You will find us on W.T. Patil Marg in the Govandi area. It is a pretty packed industrial zone with a lot of different businesses tucked into one estate. Our space is one of the units there, and it is where we handle all our biotech stuff. Govandi is a busy part of the city, and the traffic on W.T. Patil Marg can be a bit much sometimes. Inside our unit, it is mostly about the work. We have got our equipment set up and enough space for the staff to move around. It is not a fancy research center, just a practical place where we run our tests and manage our products. We have been at Ujagar for a good while. The neighbors are mostly other small to medium businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going. We do not have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. Usually, if you walk in, you will just see someone at a desk or working with the supplies. We keep things pretty low-key. The focus is on the biotech work itself, not on how the office looks. It can get a bit warm in the estate, but we have some fans going to keep it manageable. It is just an honest, working space for us. We like the grit of the industrial estate because it keeps us grounded while we work.
