Tardeo is one of those places in Mumbai that always feels like it’s in a hurry, and our office is right in the middle of it. The Dubash Building has some character to it, it’s not one of those new glass towers you see popping up everywhere. We have been here for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, deal with the piles of paperwork, and try to keep everything on track. The Gamadia Colony area is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when we actually need to concentrate. Sometimes the Mumbai rain makes things a bit difficult, but we manage to keep the office running regardless. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing very strictly; it’s more about whoever is free taking the call or filing the documents. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desks making sense of the latest project updates. It’s just a regular Mumbai workplace where people show up and do their jobs without making a big fuss about it. We like being in Tardeo because it feels central and we are close to everything we need.
