Most people find us through our email, which is probably the easiest way to get a hold of us. We are Orange Business Services. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. We operate mostly through digital channels and our inbox stays pretty full. It’s a modern way of doing things, I guess. We spend our days responding to queries and managing business tasks from our laptops. It allows us to be flexible. We aren't tied down to one specific office building, which has its pros and cons. Sometimes you miss having a water cooler to chat around, but being efficient with email works for what we do. We handle a variety of business service requests. It's a lot of typing and reading through attachments. We try to be quick with our replies, though sometimes the volume of mail gets a bit overwhelming. We don't really have a local "walk-in" spot, so everything happens over the screen. It keeps the overhead low. We’ve been doing this for a while now. The team is spread out a bit, but we stay connected. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. No corporate fluff here, just us checking the inbox and making sure things get done. We use our personal approach to help other businesses navigate their needs. It’s a straightforward way to work. We check the mail even on weekends sometimes just to keep things moving forward. It suits us just fine.
