We are located at 211 in the Ajay Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Ganesh Temple in Anjirwadi, Mazgaon. You can usually hear the temple bells from our windows during the day. This building has been home to Opulus Electricals India PVt.Ltd. for a while. It’s an old industrial estate, so it has that lived-in feel with lots of other businesses around us. We deal with electrical components and systems. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. The staff here has been together for years. We know the shortcuts through Mazgaon to avoid the traffic. Most of our work involves managing parts and talking to contractors. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going and keep working. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance, but that’s just how it is in an industrial area. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or big ads. We just focus on the orders we have. People know us because we’ve been in this spot for so long. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We usually have tea together in the evening before heading home. It's a straightforward operation.
