Skm Constra

We are located in the Sandhrusht Building, right on the 3rd floor. Being at 524 Svp Road near the Opera House means we are in the middle of everything. The building is one of those older ones with a lot of character and some creaky spots. Our office is usually full of rolled-up blueprints and yellow measuring tapes lying around. It’s a bit of a mess because we are always coming and going from different sites. The dust from the road outside comes in through the windows if we leave them open, but we need the air. We’ve got a big table in the middle where we look at drawings and drink way too much coffee. Sometimes the noise from the traffic at Opera House gets so loud we have to close the windows and just sweat it out. We aren't really the type for fancy furniture or matching chairs. Most of our stuff is just what was practical and available over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and trying to make sure materials arrive when they should. It’s a busy life and the 3rd floor feels like a little hive of activity. Everyone knows who is doing what, even if it looks a bit chaotic to someone walking in for the first time. We’ve been here at Svp Road for a good while and the neighbors in the building are mostly friendly.
