We are located in Shop 48 at Evershine Uranus, which is over in Kandivali East. It’s a busy spot right opposite Dreams Park and not too far from Thakur Shyamnarayan High School. Being near a school means there are always kids and parents moving about, which gives the area a lot of energy. One Lifetime Research And Design is basically a small group of us trying to figure out better ways to build and design things. We aren't a massive corporation with a lobby; we’re just in a shop unit where we do our research and draw up plans. The space is a bit tight because we have books and models everywhere. Mumbai is a crowded place, and our office reflects that, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent researching materials or looking at how space can be used better in this city where every square inch matters. We started this because we liked the idea of taking our time with designs rather than rushing them out. If you walk past Dreams Park, you’ll see our sign. We don't really have a set routine. Sometimes we're here late into the night when a project gets complicated. It’s a practical place for people who actually care about the details. We just want things to be functional and last a long time. It’s honest work, and we enjoy being part of the Kandivali community.
