One Fitness Hub & Spa

We spend most of our time up here on the third floor of the Link House Building. If you are coming from Malad West, you probably know the spot because it’s right above the Papa John’s. It’s a funny thing, having One Fitness Hub & Spa right above a pizza place. You can actually smell the dough and the cheese some afternoons when the wind blows the right way, which makes working out a bit of a challenge for some of the folks here. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the elevator is being cranky, but it’s just part of the routine. The building itself has been around for a while, and it’s always got people coming and going. We have a lot of locals who just walk over from the nearby apartments. It gets pretty loud outside on the main road with all the rickshaws and cars honking, but once you get inside and head up, things feel a little different. We aren't doing anything fancy with the decor or trying to look like those high-end places in South Mumbai. It’s just a practical space where we keep the equipment and the spa rooms ready. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the window when the monsoon is heavy, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. It’s a real place for real people living in Malad who just want to get their workout in.
