Omni Freights Pvt.Ltd is based in Mehboob Nagar Society over in Mumbai. We are in Block No.36, and we have a view of the church, which is quite nice during the day. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with a lot of freight moving through the ports and the city. Our office is just a regular room in the society. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. We prefer it this way because it’s more relaxed and the rent is cheaper. We have a couple of computers and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. Mostly, we are talking to shippers and making sure the containers are where they should be. Mumbai is a fast place, but we try to take things one step at a time. We don't have a marketing department or a big sales team. Usually, it's just us answering the phone and writing down details in our logs. We use a lot of post-it notes to keep track of things. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we're used to the sounds of the city by now. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for us. It’s a practical setup for a freight business. We don't try to sound like a multinational firm. We’re just a local team doing the daily work of moving goods.
