We've been working out of Kannamwar Nagar-2 in Vikhroli East for a while now. Building 103/2933 is where the team sits most days. Mostly we just deal with building projects around Mumbai. It gets busy here, especially with all the new stuff going up in Vikhroli lately. Some days the office is a mess with blueprints and tea cups, but we get things done eventually. Dealing with property isn't always easy, there's a lot of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular spot where people come to work. Neighbors know us as the ones always talking about cement and floor plans. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, but you get used to it after a month. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who walks in. It’s mostly just making sure the apartments get built and people have a place to stay. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or waiting for government approvals. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We don't have a big PR team, so what you see is what you get. If you're looking for our spot, just look for the building near the main road. It’s a simple setup. We focus on our daily tasks and try not to overcomplicate things. It's just us doing our bit in the city.
