Omkar Puf Insulation Pvt. Ltd. is located inside the Navsagar Factory Compound on Lake Road in Bhandup West. It is right near the Bhandup Police Station, which makes it easy to give directions to people. This is an industrial compound, so it’s not the cleanest or quietest place to work. We deal with Puf insulation, which means there is often a bit of dust and a lot of large panels moving around the floor. The warehouse is a big, open space that gets quite warm during the summer months, but we have a few fans going to keep things moving. We have been here for a long time and the compound feels like a second home to most of the staff. We aren't into the corporate lifestyle; we are more about getting our hands dirty and making sure the insulation is cut and ready for whoever needs it. There are always trucks coming in and out of the compound, and the traffic on Lake Road can be a real headache in the evenings. We usually start our days early to beat the heat and get a head start on the orders. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is strictly on the manufacturing side of things. We don't have a fancy office upstairs, just a small desk area where we keep track of the day's numbers and chat with the drivers.
