Omicron Industrial Components

Our workshop is inside the Chandu Studio Compound, right near the Kalina Market in Santacruz East. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don't know the area. You have to turn off the main road and head into the compound, which is usually crowded with parked bikes and delivery vans. We work on industrial components here. It’s a lot of small parts and precision work, so the benches are always covered in bits of metal and tools. The lighting could be better, but we have some good lamps over the workspaces. It’s a noisy neighborhood with the market so close by, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big corporation with departments and HR. If you call, you’re talking to the person who’s actually making the parts. We take things as they come. Some weeks are incredibly busy and we’re working late into the evening, and other weeks are a bit quieter. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of our work comes from people who have been buying from us for a long time. It’s just a small shop in a busy part of Santacruz, doing what we do best without making a big fuss about it.
