Our place, Omega Weldedmesh Co. Pvt.Ltd., is right in the middle of the Iron Market at 209, Sant Tukaram Road. If you’ve ever been down here, you know how it is. It’s loud, there’s metal clanging everywhere, and the trucks are always backed up. It's a real busy stretch of road. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. The iron market has its own way of working, and you just sort of get used to the pace of it. 209 is where we keep everything. It’s not a shiny new building, but it's where we do the work. The dust from the road gets in everywhere, and there's usually someone shouting about a delivery or where to park a trailer. We don’t have much time for sitting around. Most of the guys here have been around the market for years. It’s the kind of place where you know your neighbors because you’re all dealing with the same narrow streets and the same heat. Being on Sant Tukaram Road means we’re right in the thick of it. There’s no pretending it’s a quiet office job. It's hard work and long hours sometimes. But that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We open up early and stay until the job is done for the day. That’s just us. We aren't doing anything special, just keeping things moving along with everyone else on the road.
