Omega Service

We are located in the Oasis Industrial Estate, specifically in Unit No. 27-28. It’s right near the Vakola Masjid in Santacruz East. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate, you know it’s a lot of metal doors and the sound of machines or vans moving in and out. Omega Service has been here for a bit, and we use the two units to keep everything running. One side is more for the hands-on work and the other side is where we keep the desk and the files. It’s often dusty because of all the activity in the estate, so we’re always wiping things down. The area around Vakola Masjid is always crowded, especially on Fridays, so we have to plan our deliveries around that. Inside, it’s not very fancy. We have some heavy metal shelving and a lot of tools and spare parts scattered around. Sometimes it’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is located. The lights flicker a little if we run too many things at once, but we’ve learned how to deal with the quirks of the building. It’s a practical place for the kind of work we do. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come to the door and we help them out. It’s just how things go for us here in Santacruz East every day, making sure the repairs and tasks get handled on time.
