If you head over to Mulund West in Mumbai, you’ll find us at 9 Rajhans on Zaver Road. Om Freight Forwarders Pvt. Ltd. has been set up here for a long time. It’s a typical Mumbai office—compact, busy, and always a bit noisy with the sounds of the street coming through the windows. Zaver Road is a lively place, and there’s never a dull moment with all the shops and people around. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop by, though parking is always a bit of a nightmare. We have stacks of documents and folders because freight forwarding involves a lot of details that you can't just leave to memory. The humidity in Mumbai can be tough on the paperwork, so we try to keep things as organized as possible. It’s a no-nonsense environment here. We drink a lot of tea and talk about shipping routes and customs rules all day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but Rajhans has stayed pretty much the same. It’s a reliable base for us. We don't use any big corporate talk; we just tell it like it is and try to keep the shipments moving. Most of us live nearby, so we’re part of the local community here in Mulund.
