We are located at Raghuvir Niwas on Sai Hill in Bhandup West, Mumbai. Our office is unit 2/3. It is a bit of a climb up the hill, but the view of the neighborhood is alright from here when the sky is clear. The address even has 'Call Me' tacked onto the end of it because that is how we usually deal with people—just a quick phone call to sort things out instead of long meetings. The office is pretty small and usually has a few people running around trying to organize freight movements for the week. Bhandup is a crowded spot, and Sai Hill has its own unique pace that you get used to after a while. We spend most of our time staring at computer screens or talking to people at the port about where things are. It is not a polished corporate environment at all, and we like it that way. We have got calendars from three years ago still on the walls and stacks of old records in the corners that we should probably clear out one day. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed though. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers by name. Sometimes when the elevator is acting up, we have to carry things up the stairs, which is not fun in the Mumbai humidity. We don't really do much in the way of advertising our services. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign near the building. It is coordination work.
