Our place is over in Wadala East, specifically at 13/137 Karmveer Dadasaheb Gaikwad Nagar. If you are on S.M. Road or near Jaikar Wadi, you are basically right there. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as you can imagine. We’ve been operating as a contracting company from this spot for quite a while. The office is small and tucked away, but it’s where all the planning happens. We spend a lot of time coordinating workers and looking at job sites across the city. Mumbai is a tough place to get around, so we try to stay organized from our base here. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have old desks and probably too many files shoved into corners. That’s just the reality of a local contracting business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just take on the jobs we can handle and try to get them finished. People in the Gaikwad Nagar area know us. We are just regular people working hard. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things difficult, or the traffic delays our supplies, but we just deal with it. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. If someone needs a contractor, they usually just hear about us from a neighbor or find our address on S.M. Road. We just keep moving forward, one job at a time.
