Om Arch Realty Llp

Om Arch Realty Llp is our small outfit located in Matunga West. We have a space on the first floor, units C1 and C2, in the Govardhan Baug building. It is on Manmala Tank Road, which is a place many people recognize around here. Being in Matunga means we deal with a lot of older properties and some new ones too. It is a very specific part of Mumbai with its own vibe. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting people who want to move into the area. Our office is functional. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It just seems easier to focus on the work itself. Dealing with real estate in Matunga involves a lot of understanding about the local community. People here have been living in the same spots for generations. We try to help out when they want to change things up or find something else nearby. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with the paperwork, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Being the biggest company isn't something we care about. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. Manmala Tank Road can get busy, but we like being in the middle of it all. It feels real. Sometimes we just sit and watch the traffic while we figure out our next move for a project.
