Our place is in Room No. M.M.D.50, which is over in Ghatla Village in Chembur. It is near the Karnataka High School, so you can always hear the school bell and the kids during their break time. The address is 1/7 Nagesh Patil Wadi. It is a bit of a maze to get here if you are not from Mumbai. We do offshore hook-up and construction work. The office is where all the paperwork happens. It is quite small, honestly. We have files stacked up in the corners and some old maps on the walls. It is a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that is just Mumbai for you. We spend a lot of time on the phone with guys out on the sites. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady. The office is just a place to keep the records straight and meet up before heading out. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big project going on, and we just order some food from the place down the street. It is a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We have been in this part of Chembur for years and know the neighbors pretty well.
