We’ve been here at Kanjurmarg West for quite some time now, right on the Link Road in Vishramyog. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our days surrounded by printers, copiers, and all kinds of office machines that people bring in when they're acting up. The shop isn't fancy. There are cables everywhere and sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered with boxes, but that’s just how it is when you’re busy working on stuff. We started this place because we knew our way around these machines and realized people nearby needed someone to just get things working again without making it a big ordeal. Mostly it's just us answering the phone, trying to figure out why a scanner isn't connecting or why a printer is jamming for the tenth time that morning. The traffic on the road outside can get pretty loud during the evening rush, but we’re usually deep into a repair by then anyway. We know the regulars by their first names and they know where to find us if they need a ribbon or a spare part. It's a small team here. We drink a lot of tea while we look over invoices and troubleshoot the newer digital models that come through the door. It’s not a corporate headquarters or anything like that, just a local workspace where we try to keep things moving for the other businesses around the neighborhood. We stay late some nights when the work piles up.
