Oberoi Constructions

We are located in Thane West, over at the Swastik Residency. Our office is in B-1/402, right on Kavesar Godbunder Road. It’s a busy part of Maharashtra, and there is always some kind of construction going on around here. We’ve been operating from this residential-commercial mix for a while. It’s a convenient spot for us to reach different project sites in the city. We do general construction work, mostly helping people with their building needs and local infrastructure projects. The office is where we do the planning and keep our tools and paperwork organized. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where we get the day-to-day work done. We have a small crew that has been with us for a bit. We know the local suppliers on Godbunder Road and where to get what we need quickly. Being in Thane means dealing with a lot of traffic and rain, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big promises. We just show up and do the job that’s in front of us. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or other local businesses. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded. We’re just regular people trying to build things that last.
