Nu-Con Ltd (New Zealand)

Our office is located in C-401 Orchid, which is part of the Royal Complex on Eksar Road. Being in Borivali West means we’re in a pretty active part of Mumbai. Even though the name says Nu-Con Ltd (New Zealand), we are right here on the ground in the 400091 area code. It’s a bit of a strange mix, having a New Zealand connection but working out of a residential-style complex in Mumbai, but it works for us. We handle the local side of things from this apartment-style office. It feels a bit more relaxed than a big corporate tower, which we like. We’ve got our setup with the computers and the paperwork, and we just keep things moving along day by day. Eksar Road is always busy, so there’s plenty of noise and life right outside the window. We spend our days coordinating between what’s happening here and what the folks back in New Zealand need. It’s not always easy with the time difference, but we’ve gotten used to the early starts or late nights over the years. We don’t have a big reception or a fancy lobby, just our workspace where we get the job done. It’s a practical way to run things, and it suits our style just fine. We’re just local people doing our bit for the company. We try to be helpful and get the tasks finished without making a big deal about anything.
