We are based out of Ghansoli in Thane, right in the Simplex building. Our office is Flat 109 in the F-7 block. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Logistics is mostly about solving puzzles with timing and locations, so our walls are usually covered in calendars and maps. It is not a very quiet office because there is always someone on the phone talking about a truck or a container. We have been in this spot for a bit, and we like that it is close to the main transport routes. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it works for what we need. We do not have a lot of fancy furniture or a big meeting room. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea at someone’s desk. We deal with a lot of different clients, some big and some small, but the work is basically the same for everyone. We check the manifests, track the vehicles, and try to make sure nothing gets stuck at a checkpoint. It is a lot of sitting in front of screens and typing out reports. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just pick up where we left off. It is a decent place to work, and we all know each other pretty well. We are not trying to be the biggest company, just trying to do our job.
