Nri Real Estate Agency is located at Flat No 29/32 on the 4th Floor of the Alma building. We are in Masjid Bunder West on Karve Road. Since we are near Crawford Market, the whole area is incredibly busy with shoppers, porters, and vehicles at all hours of the day. It is one of the oldest and most active parts of the city. Being on the fourth floor helps get us away from some of the street noise, but you can still hear the hustle and bustle. We handle real estate matters, helping people find places or sell them. The office is full of files and maps of the local area. It is not a modern glass-and-steel office; it is a lived-in space in an older building. We have been working in Masjid Bunder for a long time, so we know the streets and the buildings around here very well. Crawford Market is just a short walk away, which is handy for getting things but makes the traffic a nightmare. We mostly deal with locals and some folks from outside the city. We sit around the big table and go over papers. There is always a lot of talk and phone calls going on. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use fancy jargon, we just tell people what the situation is with a property. The lift in the building is a bit old, but it usually works. We stay busy through the afternoon.
