Our office is tucked away in Laxmi Plaza, specifically room 428. Being in Andheri West, right off the New Link Road, means there is always something going on outside. It’s a typical commercial building with lots of different businesses sharing the halls. Novo Dental Products Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a handful of people who deal with dental supplies every day. The office has some boxes stacked in the corners and a few computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking inventory lists. We don't really do much in terms of fancy marketing or big presentations. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and going through files. The elevators in the building can be slow during lunch hour, so we usually just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s a practical space for what we need. We focus on getting the right products to the people who order them without any extra drama. It’s not a flashy lifestyle, but it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. Sometimes it’s hard to find a quiet moment, but that is Mumbai for you. We just keep the door open and keep working until the sun goes down.
