Our office is tucked away in D/03 at the Bilwa Kunj Co. Op. Society. It is right on L.B.S. Marg in Mulund West, which means there is always traffic noise outside from the cars and buses. If you know Mumbai, you know how LBS Marg gets during the rush hour. It is a busy stretch of road, but inside the society, it is a little bit quieter. We have been operating under the name November for a while. People often ask why we picked a month for a name, but there isn’t really a big story behind it. It just sounded right at the time. The space isn’t huge, but it fits our desks and the few of us who work here every day. Mulund is a nice area, a bit more relaxed than South Bombay or the suburbs further down the line. We usually grab tea from the stall just down the road when we need a break. The rainy season is always a bit of a challenge here because the road gets messy with puddles, but we manage. We don’t have any fancy signs or big billboards. Most people who come to see us already know where we are or they just look for the Bilwa Kunj gate. It is a simple setup, nothing corporate or overly polished, just a regular place where we get our daily tasks done and try to stay out of the midday heat. It works for what we need.
