Novelty Traders

Novelty Traders is located inside the K.K. Gupta Industrial Estate on Dr. R.P. Road in Mulund West. We are in unit 215. Being located in an industrial estate means it is all very functional and basic around here. There are a lot of other businesses nearby, so there is always a lot of loading and unloading going on in the hallways and the parking area. Our space is mostly taken up by storage and a small area in the corner for us to sit and do the billing and paperwork. We trade in various goods, so the items in the warehouse change quite a bit from month to month. One week we might have boxes stacked all the way to the ceiling, and the next week it might feel half empty. It is a bit of a dusty place, which is what you would expect for an industrial unit. We do not have a fancy storefront because most of our business happens over the phone or with people who already know exactly where to find us. The lift in the building can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so we often end up using the stairs more than we would like. It is just a regular trading business without any bells or whistles. We show up in the morning, check what needs to be shipped out, and try to keep everything moving. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and the shop running.
