We are located in Andheri East, specifically at 61/62 Kalpataru Square on Kondivita Road. It is just off the Andheri Kurla Road, which anyone in Mumbai knows is one of the busiest stretches you can find. Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems Pvt Ltd (Legrand) operates out of this space. Even though we are part of a bigger name like Legrand, the office here feels like its own thing. We deal with electrical and digital systems every day. The building is one of those modern office blocks, but inside, we are just a team trying to keep up with the demand. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the middle of the commercial action, which is helpful but also means dealing with a lot of congestion. We don't use a lot of flowery language to describe what we do. We manage the distribution and technical side of electrical products. It is a lot of coordination between different departments. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when the monsoon hits and the roads outside get flooded. But we just keep showing up and doing the work. We don't have a mission statement hanging on every wall. We just focus on getting the products where they need to go and making sure the digital systems are working as they should. It is a busy office for a busy industry. It’s a lot of work but we manage it.
