You can find us at Novelty House on Plot No A-168. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We’ve been working with torque tools here for a good while now. The building is solid, nothing too flashy, just a workspace where we get things done every day. Dealing with tools means there’s always a bit of grease around or the smell of metal in the air. We keep the inventory on the racks and try to stay organized, though some days it’s harder than others when a big shipment arrives out of nowhere. The staff knows where everything is, even if it looks like a bit of a mess to someone walking in for the first time. We spend our mornings going through the mail and checking what needs to go out to customers. The area around Plot A-168 is mostly industrial, so there’s always the sound of engines or people moving crates nearby. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer phones with a script. It’s just us handling the tools and talking to the folks who need them. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and keep moving. It’s part of having an older building. We have a small table where we take our lunch breaks and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a regular job in a regular spot. We don't try to be something we aren't.
