Noblespot Properties Private Limited is located in Room No. 08 on the ground floor of Plot 115. The building is called Jamnadas Prabhudas and it sits on Tokersey Jivraj Road in Sewree. This part of Mumbai has a lot of history and the buildings reflect that. Our office is a straightforward room that opens up onto the street level, which makes it easy for people to find us without having to climb any stairs. Sewree is a busy industrial and residential mix, so there is always a lot of movement around us. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have a few old desks, some filing cabinets, and a ceiling fan that has seen better days. It's a comfortable place to work though, and we don't feel the need for anything more modern. Most of our day involves talking to people about local property and keeping track of all the different listings in South Mumbai. We aren't a corporate giant, just a small team working out of a ground floor room. Sometimes the rain gets heavy on Tokersey Jivraj Road and we have to keep the door shut, but usually, it stays open to let in some air. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep our records in order.
