Niyati Enterprises

Niyati Enterprises is tucked away in the Raj Ratna Industrial Estate, specifically at units 223 and 224. We are right across from S.N.D.T. College in Malad West. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on. There’s the sound of trucks loading and unloading, and people shouting to be heard over the noise. Our space is mostly functional. We have benches set up for our work and a small corner for the paperwork. It’s not a place for lounging around. We get here early to beat the Malad traffic, which is almost impossible some days. The college across the street brings a lot of energy to the area, especially during lunch hours when the students are out. Our shop floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We have some overhead lights that hum a little, but you stop noticing it after an hour. We aren't a huge company, just a small team working together. We handle everything ourselves, from cleaning the floors to talking to the people who buy from us. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three orders come in at once, but we manage. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at this location for quite some time and plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.
