Nivaas Realty Llp

Nivaas Realty Llp is based out of Santacruz West. We are located on 16th Road, which is a fairly well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. Our office is on the 6th floor of the Adibaba Building, specifically room 601. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Blooming Dales School. You can usually hear the kids during the day when they are on break. Santacruz is a busy area, especially 16th road, so there is always something happening outside. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view over the rooftops. We don't have a giant staff or anything, just a few of us working on real estate matters. The building is easy to find if you know the school. 400054 is a good pincode to be in. We deal with people coming in and out all day. It gets a bit crowded sometimes in the lobby but the elevator usually works fine. We’ve set up our desks to make the most of the space we have. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a regular place where we do our business. We’ve been in this building for some time now and like the neighborhood. It’s convenient for getting around Mumbai City. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else. It’s a simple life for us here on 16th road.
