This place in Mulund East, specifically at Patil Prasad on Road No 2, is where I spend most of my time. It's room A/12. It’s a quiet corner, mostly. People often ask about the Waghodia Dabhoi Ring Road connection, and I just tell them how to get here from the main junction. It’s a straightforward walk once you know the way. I’ve been running things here for quite a few years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels lived-in and comfortable for me. I remember when I first moved in, the area was much quieter than it is now. Now there’s more traffic and noise, but the building still has that old charm I like. I keep my files organized in my own way, though it might look like a bit of a mess to someone else. I usually get in early before the heat picks up in the afternoon. Mulund is a good place to be, lots of familiar faces around the neighborhood. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with something. I don't have a big team or anything fancy, it's just a personal operation. I handle the paperwork, the phone calls, and the daily chores myself. It’s simpler that way. You don’t need much space to get things done if you know what you’re doing. The balcony gives a decent view of the street below, which is nice when I need a break. It’s a humble spot, nothing to brag about.
