Nitin Merchant

Nitin Merchant is based in Room No 6 at Chandrashali Nagar. This is over in Kandivali West. It is a small, quiet room that fits just what we need. There is not any extra space for fluff or fancy furniture. We have a couple of sturdy desks and some chairs that have been with us since the beginning. Chandrashali Nagar is more of a residential spot, so we do not get the heavy commercial noise you find elsewhere. It makes it easier to concentrate. The room has one window that looks out onto a small alley. We have been here for a good while and the walls are covered with notes and calendars. It is a very functional setup. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know the local shopkeepers and the guy who delivers the mail. It feels like we are part of the local fabric here in Kandivali. We do not try to impress anyone with a big office. We just do our work and go home. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the area. It is a modest place but it is enough for the way we like to do things. No stress, no corporate layers, just a simple room for a simple business. The tea stall downstairs is where we spend most of our breaks.
