Our place is on M P Marg, right off Aundh Road at number 35/A. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find us. Niteen started this firm and we’ve been working out of this spot for many years. The office has that lived-in feel, you know? Not like those sterile places in the big corporate parks. We have piles of samples—tiles, wood finishes, bits of metal—scattered on the shelves. It’s a bit of a mix here. Some of us focus on the technical side while others are better at sketching out the initial ideas. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and suppliers, trying to track down materials or checking if they've finished a certain part of a job. It gets hectic sometimes, especially when multiple projects are happening at once. The light in the office is actually quite good in the afternoons, which helps when we're looking at fine lines on a plan. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. You just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. It’s a practical way of running things. We just want to get the work done right without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Aundh Road is always moving, and we’re just part of that rhythm every day. We’ve got a small bookshelf near the back that’s full of old design manuals we still use.
