We are located in Kohinoor Apartment right on the Bypass Road in Alibag. It is a pretty well-known spot in the Raigad district. Being out here in Alibag is a bit different than being in the middle of a huge city like Mumbai. The pace is a little steadier, but we still have plenty to do with all the holiday homes and new developments popping up around the coast. Our office is where we handle the local distribution and keep track of who needs what. People around here know the location because the Bypass Road is a main artery for the town. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the warehouse or talking to local builders who drop by to check on their orders. The air has that coastal feel to it, which is a nice change of pace. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or big corporate vibe here; we just focus on getting the tiles out to the sites. Sometimes the rain in Raigad can slow things down, but we just work around it. The apartment space works well for us as a base of operations. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It is just a matter of keeping the orders straight and making sure the stock levels are okay for the next big project that comes along. Nitco Tiles Ltd has been operating this branch here for a while.
