Nish Developers Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Bhayandar East in Thane. We are in Flat 223 of the B Building in Mahavir Appartment. It is right on Talav Road. It is actually quite a busy spot because of the lake nearby. The office is basically an apartment we converted so it feels very much like a home. You have to buzz the security to get in sometimes. We have been working out of this space for quite a few years now. Thane is growing so fast it is hard to keep track of all the new buildings popping up. We focus on local development work around here. It is a family-run kind of thing, so you will usually see the same two or three faces every time you visit. We do not really have a reception desk or anything. You just walk in and we talk over tea. The traffic on Talav Road can be pretty loud during the day, but we do not mind it much anymore. We handle the usual stuff like site visits and floor plans. Most of our days are spent on the phone with contractors or looking over site documents. We do not use much fancy technology. We prefer old-fashioned ledgers and paper maps. It is a bit slow sometimes but it works for us. We have got deep roots in the 401 105 area and we plan to stay here for as long as the building stands. It is a nice little corner of Thane for us.
