We operate Nisan Scientific Process Equipments (P) Ltd out of 137 in the Hiranandani Indl. Estate. Kanjur Marg West is a pretty busy hub for this kind of work. Our space is mostly taken up by the equipment we build and test. It’s more of a workshop than a fancy office. There’s usually some welding or assembly happening in one corner while someone else is doing the technical drawings on a computer. It gets quite dusty, but that’s just how it goes in an industrial estate. We don't spend money on fancy signage or decor. Most of our visitors are engineers or technicians who are looking for specific process gear. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. The commute can be rough with the local traffic, but the location is convenient for getting parts delivered. We have a small kitchen area where we grab lunch together when things aren't too frantic. It’s a very hands-on environment. We aren't big on meetings or corporate jargon. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or built and get to it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep our heads down and focus on the machines. That’s how we’ve always done it. There is no magic to it, just a lot of hard work and technical checking every day in the shop. We try to keep things simple for everyone.
