You can find us at C 701 Shiv Darshan CHS, which is on Plot No 5 in Sector 16. It’s right near Palm Beach Road in Sanpada, which is a really nice part of Navi Mumbai. The building is decent and we’re up on the 7th floor. We get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, which is great in the afternoons. The office is mostly just a bunch of desks pushed together. It’s not a high-end corporate suite. It’s just a place where we do our business. We don't have any marketing people telling us what to say, so we just talk normally. Most of our day is spent on the computers or talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty set now. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to do a good job so we can keep the lights on and the staff paid. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We know each other's families and what’s going on in everyone’s lives. It makes it easier to work together when things get busy. If you stopped by, you’d probably see a few coffee mugs sitting around and some stacks of folders that need to be filed. It’s just a real office with real people doing what they can.
