Nirman Realtors Developers Ltd is based over in Andheri West, right in the Chakala area. We are on the fifth floor, specifically in units 501 and 502. If you know Andheri, you know how busy it gets around here. There is always someone moving, and the traffic is something else. Our office is a busy place too. We deal with real estate and development projects, which means a lot of phone calls and a lot of meetings. It is not a glamorous job. Most of the time we are looking at blueprints or talking to contractors. Being in Chakala is handy because it’s a central spot for a lot of people. We have been in this building for quite a while now. The office isn't anything too special, just a place to work. We have some files piled up and desks that have seen better days. But we know where everything is. Nirman Realtors Developers Ltd is basically just a group of us trying to get these projects finished. We don't go in for big speeches about the future of housing or anything. We just find the land, get the permits, and try to build something that stays standing. It’s hard work and sometimes it gets stressful, but that’s the business. We are usually here late most nights.
