Based in Chembur, we are right on N.G. Acharya Marg. Our office is Flat No 4 in the Devalaya Chs Ltd building. Chembur is a good central spot, which makes it a sensible location for us. The building is one of those older cooperative housing societies with a bit of character. Being in a flat means it’s not your typical sterile office environment. A small kitchen area and windows that let in decent light make it comfortable. The street outside, N.G. Acharya Marg, is usually quite busy with people heading toward the station. We’ve been part of the Nirmal Lifestyle team for some time. Local administrative stuff for this branch is handled here. Our team isn't huge, just a few of us who have been around for a bit. Expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets aren't things we bother with. We have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the plumbing in these old buildings acts up, but we just call the society plumber and move on. It’s just how things are. Impressing anyone with a fancy office isn't the point. Making sure our daily records are right and projects are moving along is what matters. This straightforward way of working suits us just fine. Most days here are pretty predictable and busy.
