Niranjan Pandya Associates

Niranjan Pandya Associates is situated at 23/25 Ambalal Doshi Road in the Fort district. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is packed with old buildings and very narrow streets. We have been in this particular space for a long time. It has those high ceilings and heavy wooden doors that you don’t see much anymore. The elevator is often broken, so we end up walking up the stairs quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of filing cabinets and desks piled high with papers. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for years, so we have a pretty good rhythm. The morning usually starts with a lot of phone calls and sorting through the previous day’s files. Fort is a very busy place, and there is always a lot of noise and energy coming from the street. We usually get our lunch from one of the small stalls around the corner. The office itself is quite plain and doesn't have any modern decor. It’s just a place where we sit down and do our work. We don’t have a lot of meetings, mostly just people dropping off documents or picking things up. It can get a bit cluttered when things are busy, but we manage to find what we need. It’s a steady, no-nonsense environment that has served us well over the decades. We just keep the files moving as best we can every single day.
