We've been at 12A in the Joy Engineering Compound for quite a while now. Most people know the Marol Maroshi Road area in Andheri East, so finding us isn't usually too hard if you're familiar with the neighborhood. Our work focuses on electrical instruments here. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement. The workshop floor gets pretty noisy sometimes, but that’s just how it is when things are being made. We handle the daily tasks of putting these tools together and getting them out to people who need them. Some of our staff have been with us for years, just coming in and doing the job without much fuss. It’s a practical setup, nothing fancy. A big front office isn't something we have. Instead, it's mostly just benches, testing equipment, and boxes ready for shipping. The Joy Compound has its own rhythm, and we’re just one part of the mix of businesses here. Sometimes the traffic on Maroshi Road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. We just try to keep the instruments accurate and the orders moving. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone hunched over a circuit or checking a dial. We don't spend much time on decorating or making things look slick. The work is what matters. Keeping the tools clean and the records in order is about all we do. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in Andheri.
