Nina Industries

Nina Industries is based at Mani Bhavan. It is a place with a bit of history to it, and we like that. Our setup here is quite simple. We don't have a lot of extra space, so every desk and every corner is used for something important. We don't go in for fancy decor or anything that doesn't help us get through the day's work. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. You can hear the sounds of the building and the street outside, which keeps us from feeling too isolated. Most days are spent looking at orders and making sure everything is moving along as it should. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us at Mani Bhavan trying to do things the right way. We have a routine that involves a lot of checking and re-checking things. Sometimes we get a bit behind when things get busy, but we always catch up eventually. The furniture is old and the lighting could be better, but it’s our space and we are comfortable in it. We don't feel the need to sound like we are something we aren't. We are just a local business doing what we know how to do. If you come by, you'll see us just as we are, usually with a cup of tea and a pile of folders on the table.
