Nimish Parekh & Associates

Nimish Parekh & Associates is located out in Vile Parle West, specifically around Baglur Main Road in Muneshwara Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a good spot for us. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We’ve got our desks, our computers, and plenty of paper everywhere. We spend most of our time working through the details of various building projects. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and making sure the plans actually work on the ground. Sometimes the site is a bit of a mess, and we have to go out there and sort things out with the builders. We don't really use big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just tell you what’s possible and what isn't. The area around Muneshwara Nagar has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over time. People stop by to ask questions about their own houses or to pick up copies of their plans. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from drawing to filing papers. We don't have a big marketing budget because we'd rather just focus on the work itself. If the work is good, people find out about us anyway. That’s how we’ve always done things here. It's just about getting the plans right.
