Nilesh Dixit Associates

We are over here in Goregaon East, tucked away in the Madhuban Apartments. To be specific, we’re in flat 202 of the Hilldrive Co-op Housing Society. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it's fine. Nilesh started this whole thing, and we’ve just sort of stayed in this same spot because it works for us. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space with desks and way too many files. We’ve got a view of the street, which can be distracting when things get loud outside, but it’s part of the charm of being in this part of town. Most of us have been working together for a while now, so we know how each other thinks. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs fixing or a client calls with a question, whoever is free just handles it. Being in a housing society means we have to be a bit mindful of the noise, but the other residents are mostly used to us by now. It’s a practical setup. We spend most of our day just getting through the workload. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs during breaks. It's a normal life and a normal business, nothing too crazy or over the top. We just like to get our work finished so we can go home on time.
