If you come down I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon East, you’ll find us inside the National Rubber Compound. It is a bit of a maze in here with all the different units, but we are right at number nine. The place is mostly concrete and metal, and there is always the sound of trucks backing up or someone moving heavy crates around nearby. We handle a lot of different industrial things here, mostly stuff that people use in factories or for building work. Our office is just a small corner of the space with a few desks that have seen better days and a lot of paper stacked up in piles. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of all the activity in the compound, but that is just how it is working in an industrial area like this. We spend most of our time answering the phone or checking what is left in the back storage area. It isn't a flashy place at all, just a practical spot where we get our work done every day from morning until late evening. The chai wallah comes by twice a day, which is usually when we take a small break from looking at invoices and talking to transporters. It feels like we have been part of this little community for a long time, watching other businesses come and go while we just keep doing our thing in this same spot.
