Niki Jewels

This is our jewelry business in Borivali West. We are located in Haridas Nagar on Shimpoli Road. Our place is in the Om Rishikesh building, specifically rooms 5 and 6. Naviin Shah and Kirti Radia are the ones you will usually see here. Kirti handles the technical side of things. We aren't a big showroom with glass windows on the main street. It’s more of a workspace where we actually do the jewelry making and repairs. We’ve been here in this neighborhood for many years. People from the nearby buildings often drop in with a broken chain or to ask about a new ring. It is a very informal environment. We have our tools and workbenches scattered around. Sometimes it looks a bit messy because we are in the middle of a job. We don't have a receptionist to greet you. You just walk in and talk to us directly. The lighting is bright because we need it for the fine work. We don't spend much on ads. Most of our customers are locals who have known us for a long time. Borivali is a busy place, but our little corner on Shimpoli Road is relatively quiet. We just focus on the stones and the metal. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the craft of making things by hand.
