We are based in Mumbai, and the address we use is listed as Martial Status. It is a bit of a strange name for a location, but that is what shows up on our official documents. We are a construction company, so our lives mostly revolve around cement, steel, and blueprints. The office is often dusty because of all the site visits we do. We don't have a polished corporate look. There are hard hats hanging on the wall and stacks of drawings on every flat surface. Mumbai is a city that never stops building, so there is always something to do. The humidity here makes the work tough sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We usually have tea delivered from the stall across the street several times a day. It’s how we keep going. The team is made up of guys who have been in the trade for a long time. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are long, especially when a project is near the deadline. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and workers. It’s a messy business, literally, but we like seeing a structure go up from nothing. We’ve been operating out of this Mumbai base for quite a while, and we’ve seen the skyline change quite a bit.
