Nikhil Comforts

This branch is out in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. We are at B-95 in Sector 3. Navi Mumbai feels a bit more planned out than the old city, but it still gets plenty busy during the rush hour. Sector 3 is a good spot for us. The office is straightforward and functional. We don't have fancy decorations or glass walls. It’s just white walls and desks. We focus on the comfort systems here too. Most of the guys are out on the field during the day, so the office can be quite quiet in the mornings. We have a small fridge for water and a kettle for coffee. The neighborhood has some small shops and eateries where we grab snacks. It’s a practical location for getting around to different parts of the city. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The landlord is a nice guy who stops by occasionally. We try to keep things tidy, but there’s always a ladder or a tool bag sitting in the corner. It’s the nature of the business. We don't spend much on advertising; people mostly find us through the address or just knowing we are in Sector 3. It’s a steady pace of work. We enjoy the routine of coming in and seeing the same faces every morning before the sun gets too high.
